Aria Wood Chair

is a contemporary dining chair with comfortable upholstered seat and backrest on solid beech legs. The Aria Wood is also available with strengthened side stretchers. The seat has a steel structure with “S” shape springs for extra flexibility and strength. This steel frame molded by injecting polyurethane foam. Aria seat is upholstered with a removable velcro enclosed fabric, leatherette, PPM, leather or wool fabric slip cover. Other colors are available as a special order with a minimum quantity required.

Special order colors require minimum qty of 8.

What is the difference between Walnut Beech Wood and American Walnut Wood?
American Walnut Wood is made out of walnut tree and presents its original color. Walnut stained beech wood is made out of beech tree and stained (through special painting process) in walnut color. Both woods share similar qualities in terms of durability and strength. The wood patterns are more distinctive and visible on walnut wood.
Do you have all colors in stock?
We have certain colors available for quickship in the US. However colors which are marked as "Special Order" are available through special order only. Please contact us first to confirm the availability of a particular color.
How accurate are the colors/images shown on your website?
When it comes to product shots, we strive to take photos that are as representative of the actual color as possible. However, there are a number of variables involved when it comes to true color representation, including lighting, camera used, camera settings, the color being photographed, etc. Furthermore, the color you see on your computer screen can vary depending on your monitor settings or the monitor itself. We strongly suggest that you order sample(s) to see the fabric/material colors first hand BEFORE ordering.
If I want to order the same product after a certain time period, would there be any difference in terms of material or color tone?
It is possible that there may be slight changes in the tone of the colors or the materials. If you would like to order the same product after a while, please contact us before you place an order.
Do you recommend scotchguarding?
No. Most fabrics in the sohoConcept Collection are stain resistant and therefore do not require a protective coating (i.e. Scotchguarding). In some instances, applying such a coating can affect the appearance and/or "nap" of the fabric. Applying such a coating may also void the fabric warranty. Should you decide to have a protective coating applied, there are third party companies that offer this service who then offer their own warranty on the fabric.
Does this item require assembly?
Yes this item requires light assembly as the base and seat parts ship separately.
What is the difference between PU and PPM Leatherette?
Both PU and PPM leatherette are faux/eco leathers made of Polyurethane. PPM stands for Polyurethane-Polyester Microfiber is a newer upholstery material that has more advanced features over traditional faux leather including longer durability and flexibility. While both materials are perfect for residential use, we recommend PPM Leatherette especially for commercial, high traffic applications.

Camira is a highly reputable British upholstery fabric manufacturer. sohoConcept chooses Camira for its upholstery products due to their highest quality material, excellent craftsmanship and longer warranties which cover both commercial and residential applications. Camira fabrics are also tested and certified for all current regulations in EU and US.
How long does it take to receive my order?
For in stock items shipping and pick up occurs in 2-5 business days. The exact transit time depends on your shipping address and product availability. We provide the tracking information once your order leaves the warehouse.
How long does it take to receive a special order?
The estimated time of arrival of a special order at the warehouse is 12-14 Weeks. We ship your item(s) immediately upon arrival and update the tracking information on your order.
What if I have a specific time I need the order delivered by?
Just let us know the delivery date you wanted. We would be happy to hold your order until you want it to be delivered.
Will FedEx call me for scheduling an appointment?
No, FedEx will deliver your order without an appointment. Please contact us if you require signature required option for your shipment.
What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and we will immediately take actions to correct the problem. It would be great help if you e-mail us the pictures of damaged or defective item in order us to ship the correct replacement product/part to you.
How long is the warranty on this product?
All sohoConcept items come with 1-year manufacturer's warranty against any defects. The warranty period starts from the date of actual delivery. Your upholstery may have extended warranty provided by the fabric manufacturer.
Do you have a take-away service for old furniture?
At this time, we do not pick up and take back used furniture. Customers must move/remove their existing furniture in order prepare for delivery and installation.
Do I require to submit full payment of a special order in advance?
We require of full amount to be paid as deposit for any special order less than $5000 in total. For special orders $5000 or more we require to charge at least 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of purchasing. 50% balance will due when your order arrives at the warehouse.
Do you ship this item to Canada?
Yes! We do ship this item to Canada. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm the availability in Canada warehouse.

What if my furniture is missing a piece/hardware, how can I get it?
It is highly unlikely but if you receive your order and it is missing a part, please notify us immediately so we can get the part to you as quickly as possible.
